The Price Road Corridor is a hot spot for large tech and financial businesses in the East Valley. The corridor, which is anchored to the north with Air Products and at the south by the Intel Ocotillo Campus, the stretch along Price Road is designed by the city to be filled with tech companies—with high paying jobs—surrounded by dining, shopping, hotels and luxury homes. Businesses include Intel, Infusionsoft, Isagenix, and OnTrac.

The elite tenent list also includes PayPal and GM Financial, which will collectively receive over $2 million from the city during the 2015-2016 budget as part of incentives to bring them to Chandler.
