One thing Chandler lacks is venues for large conferences.
Zoning has been approved for a new Marriott hotel and conference center in the Price Corridor. Ground breaking will happen in late 2015 or next Spring.
The hotel will have 264 rooms and will be able to support conferences of about 1,000 people in the main hall plus break out rooms.
The Price Corridor is the new tech hub currently in development in Chandler. It is the area around Price Rd from Air Products on Frye at the north to the Intel Ocotillo Campus at the south. Current companies that reside in the corridor include OnTrac, Isagenix, GM Financial, InfusionSoft, and Paypal.
